1. Introduction
Football Tickets Argentina (FTA) is a secondary ticket marketplace for live events in Latin America, including sporting events. This Seller Handbook outlines the terms, policies, and rules that apply to all Sellers who list and sell Tickets via our platform.
By using FTA’s marketplace, Sellers agree to comply with:

Failure to comply may result in penalties, withheld payments, account suspension, or removal from the marketplace.

2. Key Terms & Definitions
- Company / FTA – Refers to Football Tickets Argentina (FT Argentina LLC).
- Seller – Any individual or business listing Tickets for sale on FTA.
- Buyer – A customer who purchases a Ticket via FTA.
- Offer – A Ticket listing on FTA’s platform.
- Broken Order – A sale confirmed by a Seller that is not fulfilled as required.
- Incorrect Ticket – A Ticket that does not match the listing.
- Denial of Entry – When a Buyer is refused event access due to an issue with the Ticket.
- Delivery Deadline – The last acceptable date to provide the Buyer with the Ticket.
3. Seller Obligations
3.1 Listing & Pricing
- Sellers must accurately describe the Tickets they list.
- Listings must include the event name, date, seat category, and Ticket type.
- Sellers set their own prices, but FTA reserves the right to remove or modify listings in special cases.
3.2 Accepting & Fulfilling Orders
- Once a Seller confirms an order, they must fulfill it.
- Orders must be delivered exactly as listed before the event's Delivery Deadline.
- Sellers must promptly retransfer digital tickets when requested.
- If a Seller cannot fulfill an order, they must immediately notify FTA.
3.3 Delivery Methods
FTA supports the following delivery methods:
✅ Hard Tickets (Physical printed tickets)
✅ E-Tickets (PDF, PNG, or JPEG)
✅ Mobile QR (Barcode/QR entry)
❗ Important: Digital delivery methods may be substituted, but switching from digital to physical requires Buyer consent.
4. Payment & Fees
4.1 Seller Fees
- FTA charges a 15% commission per order.
- This fee is added on top Seller’s ticket listing.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Sellers are paid once per week.
- Payments for delivered orders are processed every Tuesday for sales completed by the previous Sunday at midnight PT.
- Payments will be sent to the Seller’s chosen payment method.
4.3 Withholding & Penalties
FTA reserves the right to withhold payments if:
- A Seller violates FTA policies.
- A transaction is disputed or found fraudulent.
- The Seller fails to fulfill an order correctly.
5. Seller Violations & Penalties
FTA strictly enforces compliance to protect Buyers. Violations may result in financial penalties, withheld funds, or account suspension.
5.1 Broken Orders (Failure to Deliver)
A Broken Order occurs when:
🚫 A Seller confirms a sale but does not deliver the Ticket.
🚫 A Seller delivers an incorrect Ticket, and the Buyer does not accept it.
Penalty: The Seller must cover:
- The cost of finding a replacement Ticket.
- A 20% administrative fee to FTA.
- If no replacement is found, the Seller pays a minimum 120% penalty of the Ticket price.
5.2 Late Ticket Delivery
- Tickets must be delivered on time (per the Delivery Deadline).
- Late deliveries may result in penalties or order cancellation.
- Penalty for late shipment: The Seller is charged an amount equivalent to the additional costs required to resolve the issue.
5.3 Incorrect Tickets
A Ticket is considered incorrect if:
- It differs from the listing (wrong row, section, or type).
- It is in a worse category than what was purchased.
- It has restrictions that were not disclosed (obstructed view, no alcohol, etc.).
Penalty:
🚨 If the Buyer accepts the incorrect Ticket → The Seller is fined an amount equivalent to the Buyer Discount.
🚨 If the Buyer rejects the incorrect Ticket → The Seller must refund the full amount and pay an additional 120% penalty.
5.4 Denial of Entry
If a Buyer is denied entry because of a Seller’s ticket, FTA will:
- Attempt to resolve the issue with another seller’s tickets.
- If no solution is found, the Seller pays:
- Full replacement cost for a new Ticket.
- A 150% penalty if no replacement is available.
6. Seller Conduct & Restrictions
🚨 Prohibited Conduct
Sellers must act professionally at all times. The following is strictly forbidden:
❌ Listing fraudulent tickets.
❌ Contacting Buyers outside of FTA’s platform.
❌ Using offensive or abusive language with customers or FTA staff.
🚨 Violating these rules will result in permanent removal from FTA.
7. Canceled & Postponed Events
If an event is postponed, Tickets remain valid for the new date.
If an event is canceled, refunds are only issued if the primary ticketing source refunds FTA.
8. Account Closure
8.1 Account Closure
FTA may suspend or terminate a Seller’s account for:
- Repeated violations of this handbook.
- Fraudulent activity or policy abuse.
- Failure to fulfill multiple orders correctly.
🚨 If a Seller’s account is closed, pending sales will be canceled, and payments will be withheld.
