These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") regulate the use of the website (hereinafter, "The Website"). Moreover, this document governs the steps and procedures to be followed in the ticket transaction process between Users of The Website.

The use of The Website's Services grants the status of Website User (hereinafter, the "User") and implies express, full, and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in these Terms in the version published by The Website at the very moment the User accesses it.

The use of certain Services offered to Users through The Website is subject to specific conditions ("Special Conditions") which, depending on the case, replace, complete and/or modify these Terms.

Therefore, prior to the use of such Services, the User must also carefully read the corresponding Special Conditions. Likewise, the use of The Website is also subject to all notices, regulations of use, and instructions made known to the User by Football Tickets Argentina, which replace, complete and/or modify these Terms.

Football Tickets Argentina reserves the right to modify the terms of these Conditions. In such a case, Football Tickets Argentina will notify registered Users in advance about any modifications to the Conditions and will proceed to publish them in their new version, automatically replacing the previous ones. Subsequent use of the Service by Users after a modification of the Conditions will imply unequivocal acceptance of the same. In case the User does not accept the changes in the Conditions, they may terminate the contract either by not using the Services offered through The Website or by closing the account that the User may have opened.

Merely accessing The Website and browsing its contents will be free of charge. In case the User utilizes the Services offered by Football Tickets Argentina, they will be subject to the payment of the fees determined in these Conditions.

The User understands that the information contained on The Website, both in reference to the specifications of the Services provided and to the general conditions of contracting and completion of the contract, is sufficient for the exclusion of error in the formation of consent. Nonetheless, Football Tickets Argentina will inform the user of any other technical specification of the services, or of the contractual relationship, that is formally required.

Special Conditions of the Services (the “Special Conditions”).

Through The Website, Football Tickets Argentina provides Users with a service consisting of making available to them a virtual space that allows them to communicate through the Internet to perform the purchase or sale of Tickets (the “Service”), as well as other accessory services that Football Tickets Argentina may offer (hereinafter, collectively the “Services”). Users are: (i) the legitimate holders (hereinafter, the “Sellers”) of any non-nominal title/value that incorporates the right of access to public events and shows (hereinafter, the "Ticket"), who are interested and authorized to transfer them to a third party for free or for a fee and (ii) those interested in being assignees or acquirers of those Tickets (hereinafter, the “Buyers”).

The Website functions as a meeting point between Sellers and Buyers. Football Tickets Argentina is not the titleholder, owner, or possessor of any Ticket, nor does it cede, donate, sell, buy, lease, nor transfer any property or possession of the same, limiting itself to making available to the Users the Services of The Site as provided in these Special Conditions. Football Tickets Argentina does not participate in the perfection of the transactions carried out between the Users, does not supervise or control the publications made on The Site, and is not responsible for the existence, quality, quantity, condition, integrity, legality, or legitimacy of the Tickets offered, acquired, or alienated by the Users, nor is it responsible for verifying the capacity to contract and to sell the Tickets of the Users or the legality of the operation or the truthfulness of the Personal Data entered by them. Each User knows and accepts to be the exclusive responsible for the Tickets they publish for sale and for the offers and/or purchases they make; notwithstanding the guarantees described in point 4 of these Special Conditions. Likewise, the User knows and accepts when using the Services that by carrying out operations with other Users or third parties, they do so at their own risk.

Football Tickets Argentina, through the Services, does not participate in the perfection of the transaction, nor does it guarantee that it will be carried out effectively, leaving the conclusion of the transactions to the free will and responsibility of the Buyers and Sellers. Football Tickets Argentina cannot assure that a User will complete the operation.

By accepting these Special Conditions, the Users exempt Football Tickets Argentina from any responsibility, except that derived from the Services that Football Tickets Argentina provides to the Users. Football Tickets Argentina only offers to Buyers and Sellers the guarantees provided for in Chapter 4 of these Special Conditions, to the exclusion of any other. The Seller of a Ticket will be the sole responsible for all the tax obligations and charges that correspond to that sale operation.

The Services constitute the object of a contract between the Users and Football Tickets Argentina, which is perfected by accepting these Special Conditions. This contract binds bilaterally the Users of the Services with Football Tickets Argentina, leaving this outside the contractual relationship established between Buyers and Sellers among themselves.

Under no circumstances will the User use the Services of The Website to perform acts that constitute a crime or may give rise, directly or indirectly, to civil liabilities for damages to third parties or in infringement of these Conditions or any other regulation.

When using the Services, the User also enters into a payment management contract or collection management contract with Football Tickets Argentina, as appropriate, under which Football Tickets Argentina will provide its payment management or processing service according to the instructions of the User in order to pay or collect on behalf of the User, granting Football Tickets Argentina an irrevocable mandate to pay and/or collect on their behalf a certain sum of money according to the transaction Price and these Conditions. The mandate granted by the User implies an authorization for Football Tickets Argentina to dispose, transfer, and credit such sums of money in the bank collecting account owned by Football Tickets Argentina and then proceed according to the User's instructions. Football Tickets Argentina will not use the funds received on behalf and account of the User for purposes other than those instructed by the User. Under no circumstances will Football Tickets Argentina be responsible for orders, instructions, collections, and/or incorrect or incomplete payments caused by the User's instructions. The sums received by Football Tickets Argentina on behalf and account of the User under this mandate will not generate any interest of any kind.

Football Tickets Argentina is not a financial entity nor does it provide the User with any banking or exchange service. Football Tickets Argentina only provides the Services, in accordance with these Conditions.

1. User registration.

1.1. Obligatory:

• The provision of the Services requires the prior subscription or registration of Users on The Website. The registration procedure implies for the User the acceptance of the General Conditions and Special Conditions of The Site.

1.2. Requirements:

To access User Registration, the interested party must be of legal age and have full legal capacity to act, providing the data requested by Football Tickets Argentina through the registration form (the "Personal Data"). These Personal Data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy and data protection policy which can be consulted on the Privacy Policy page.

1.3. Required Data:

To complete the registration, the User must only provide Football Tickets Argentina with data related to their name and surnames, identity document, address, email address, as well as a mobile phone number.

1.4. Username and Access Key:

When the User fills out the Service access form, they are assigned a username, which coincides with the email address provided in the registration form, and a personal access key that can be modified later by the User themselves. The responsibility for the custody and security of the username and password will be the User's, assuming all transactions made under their username and password.

1.5. Accuracy of Information:

All information provided by the User through the registration procedure must be truthful, accurate, and complete. To this end, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated as a result of completing the forms necessary for the subscription of the Service. Similarly, it will be the User's responsibility to keep all information provided to Football Tickets Argentina permanently updated so that it responds, at all times, to the User's actual situation. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for false or inaccurate statements made and for the damages caused to Football Tickets Argentina and/or third parties by the information provided.

2. Contracting Party

2.1 When the User sells or purchases a Ticket on the Website for an event located anywhere in the world, the contracting party shall be FT Argentina LLC, a company domiciled at 30 N Gould Street, Suite N, with Employer Identification Number: 36-5112869, in Sheridan County, with postal code 82801, and registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America.

2.2. The contracting party shall hereinafter be referred to as "Football Tickets Argentina," "we," or "our."

2.3. FT Argentina LLC is the entity responsible for handling payments and transactions on our Argentina Site. Consequently, if you buy and/or sell tickets on our Argentina Site, solely in relation to these payment activities, you are contracting with FT Argentina LLC.

3. Ticket Sale.

3.1. Ticket Information.

Once registered, the User interested in offering a Ticket must post it on The Website, filling out all the fields in the form in a detailed, truthful, and accurate manner, mandatorily including among others the public event in question, its date, the type of Ticket they possess, and the price demanded for its transfer (hereinafter, the “Offer”). In case of acceptance of their Offer by a Buyer, consent between the respective Seller and Buyer will be formed.

The Seller must mandatorily indicate their identity document number, tax status, and a credit/debit card number whose expiration date must be after the event in question, and the chosen payment method for Football Tickets Argentina to pay them, if applicable, the amount of the transaction. The available payment methods will be those determined in the sales form provided by The Website.

3.2. Posting the Offer.

The insertion of the Offer data on The Website by the User grants Football Tickets Argentina and, where applicable, the companies owning the sites of this portal in other countries listed on The Website, the non-exclusive right to publish and display the same on The Website and all the aforementioned websites. Posting the Offer obliges the Seller to accept and complete the transaction on the terms specified in the same in case of its acceptance by a Buyer.

Moreover, posting the Offer on The Website implies for the Seller the formalization of the commissioning of the Services and the start by Football Tickets Argentina of its Services to the Seller.

Such Services provided in favor of the Seller will accrue fees and, where applicable, compensation for breach in favor of Football Tickets Argentina from the acceptance of the Offer by a Buyer. All this without prejudice to the damages that may proceed.

3.3. Validity Period or Validity of the Published Offers.

Generally, the validity of the Ticket Offers will be conditioned by the date of the event in question at any given time.

Offers not subject to the "Last Minute" ticket sale system published by the Sellers will be valid up to four (4) business days before the scheduled date for the event's celebration whose access is being offered.

After the period determined in the previous paragraph, the Offer may be automatically removed from the platform.

Notwithstanding the above, in certain events, the validity period of the Offers may vary depending on circumstances or events unrelated to the Services of Football Tickets Argentina. In such case, Football Tickets Argentina will communicate to the users, as soon as it becomes effectively aware of these circumstances, the modification of the validity period of the offers.

3.4. Free of Charge for Posting.

Posting the Offer will be free of charge for the Seller. Fees determined according to the guidelines set in these Special Conditions in favor of Football Tickets Argentina will only accrue in the case of assignment, transfer, and/or effective sale of the Ticket offered, without prejudice to the compensation for the Seller's withdrawal determined in these Special Conditions.

3.5. Credit or Debit Card.

At the time of posting or accepting an Offer, the User must provide Football Tickets Argentina with a valid credit or debit card number with an expiration date after the date of the event in question. By providing this card, the User expressly authorizes Football Tickets Argentina to make the charges and debits resulting from the Ticket or Tickets transactions, the Services provided, and other concepts that may be applicable by Football Tickets Argentina in accordance with these Special Conditions.

3.6. Taxes Associated with Ticket Transactions.

Football Tickets Argentina only provides Users with a virtual space that allows them to communicate through the Internet to carry out the purchase or sale of Tickets. Football Tickets Argentina does not participate in any way in the negotiation and perfection process of the transaction between the parties.

Therefore, regarding the commercial transaction agreed between Buyer and Seller, Football Tickets Argentina is not responsible for the effective fulfillment of fiscal obligations or those established by current regulations. In case the transfer operation of the Ticket or Tickets is subject to levies or taxes, it will be the exclusive responsibility of the Sellers to determine their type and amount in order to include them in the final price of the transaction and comply with the corresponding tax obligations. These levies are independent of the Value Added Tax that taxes the Services provided by Football Tickets Argentina to the Users of the Services, if applicable.

3.7. Determination of the Offer Price by the Seller.

Football Tickets Argentina also reserves the right to close the account of any Seller if they fail and/or breach their obligations repeatedly. Such penalties will be imposed on the Sellers in the following cases: a) A Ticket is sent later than the minimum deadline of one business working day before the corresponding event or deadline set by Football Tickets Argentina to send the Ticket for the respective event; b) A different Ticket to the one announced and offered with the Offer is sent, regardless of whether it may be subjectively or objectively considered equal or better than the offered one; c) the Buyer requests the replacement of the Ticket purchased with another Ticket offered by another Seller to perfect a purchase in which the Seller has failed; d) A return or refund to the Buyer, for any reason in which the Seller is responsible for the non-perfection of the transaction or non-compliance with their sale.

The penalties applied by Football Tickets Argentina to the Sellers always take the form of administrative charges, without prejudice to the financial charges that may correspond. These are made on the means provided by the Seller as a sale guarantee or on the amount of sales pending payment to the Seller. Whatever their form, administrative charges may be applied by Football Tickets Argentina, provided the cases of non-compliance detailed above are met, in the terms, penalties, and scope described below:

3.8 Breach by the Seller

3.8.1 Charge for Late Ticket Shipment.

Sold Tickets have to be sent within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours after the Availability Date marked by the Seller when posting the Offer of said Tickets. If the shipment is not made within the Maximum Shipping Period of twenty-four (24) hours, the Seller will be automatically penalized, for each late shipment. This administrative charge corresponds to the cost of Football Tickets Argentina in investigating the shipping status of the Ticket or Tickets subject to the transaction and attending to the affected Buyer's inquiries. The Seller will receive the Price minus the Commission plus applicable VAT, if applicable -and minus- the applicable Penalty plus VAT, if applicable, for late shipment. This charge will not apply in the following cases: transactions that take place with two (2) or fewer business working days before the event. Listings indicated as Last Minute Program (LMP) and/or Football League Matches.

3.8.2 Incorrect Tickets Accepted by the Buyer.

When the Ticket or Tickets sent are not exactly as described in the Offer, but the Buyer nevertheless receives and accepts the Ticket or Tickets that were sent to them, then a penalty for incorrect Ticket will be applied. The charge for incorrect Tickets will correspond to the amount that Football Tickets Argentina discounts to the Buyer, for them to accept the incorrect Tickets ("Buyer Discount"). This amount to discount to the Buyer as compensation will be decided solely by Football Tickets Argentina. Therefore, the Seller will receive the Price minus the Commission and applicable VAT, if applicable, and minus the Buyer Discount (if applicable). In the case that the Buyer does NOT accept the incorrect Ticket as a substitute for the Ticket, the transaction will be considered failed and a charge for 'failed transaction' will be applied (see section 3.8.3 below).

The following cases are considered Incorrect Tickets:

(i) A seat in a different row than the one advertised.

(ii) A seat in a different section than the one advertised.

(iii) A seat located in a higher tier than the one advertised, regardless of its distance from the field.

(iv) Any change from a Reserved Seat to a General Admission Ticket or vice versa.

(v) Seats where the spectator's perspective of the stadium is altered.

(vi) Seats that are separated when they were advertised as together (when more than one Ticket is listed in the same Offer).

(vii) Seats sold as "together" that are not consecutively side by side.

(viii) Ticket restrictions that were not clearly stated at the time of listing the Offer.

(ix) Tickets of a different category than the one advertised, according to the seating map on the purchase page.

The above cases are assessed based on the divisions and categories established in the seating map available on the Site. Therefore, listings and the Tickets advertised must reflect the divisions and categories shown on the event seating map available on the Site. If no seating map is available, the Ticket types will be the same as those established by the event organizer.

3.8.3 Charge for Failed Transactions

Football Tickets Argentina considers a transaction failed when:

a) The Seller does not send the Ticket.

b) The Seller sends an Incorrect Ticket, and the Buyer does not accept it.

If the Seller fails to send the Ticket or sends an Incorrect Ticket that is rejected by the Buyer, and Football Tickets Argentina has to refund the Buyer or replace the transaction with a Ticket from another Seller, the Seller will not receive the payment for the Ticket and will also be required to pay a penalty for a failed transaction.

The failed transaction penalty will be equivalent to the difference between the price at which the original Ticket(s) were sold and the price at which replacement Tickets of the same or higher category are acquired. If applicable, the Seller has the right to request the return of the Incorrect Ticket they sent to the Buyer, provided that the Buyer does not accept it. The cost of this return will be borne by the Seller. Likewise, when applicable, the Buyer must return the Incorrect Ticket to Football Tickets Argentina to exercise their right to a refund.

3.9. Ticket Shipment by the Seller

The Seller is responsible for ensuring the shipment of the Tickets they have sold.

Since the shipping procedure varies depending on the courier company used, the Seller is exclusively responsible for:

• Requesting pickup within the designated shipping period for an event.
• Correctly writing the Buyer's address and details on the envelope.
• Placing the correct Tickets inside an envelope according to the sale made.
• Properly sealing the envelope to prevent it from opening during transit.
• If no shipping label is provided: Ensuring that the courier correctly records all data and envelope numbers on the pickup receipt.
• Keeping the pickup receipt or proof of collection from the courier service.

As specified later in these Conditions, the portal may provide Sellers with a Ticket shipping and receiving service, in which case the Seller will be informed of the shipping procedure upon receiving the email confirming the transaction.

In all cases, the Seller is responsible for keeping all receipts and records that prove the Ticket was shipped.

If an issue arises where the Seller does not have proof of pickup or the courier did not scan the package, the portal will be unable to verify that the package was collected. As a result, the Seller will be held responsible for the failure and subject to the penalties listed in the failed transactions section.

3.10. Electronic Tickets

For listings of Electronic Tickets, the Seller must send them at least two (2) days before the event date.

If the Seller fails to send the Ticket within this two-day period, Football Tickets Argentina may cancel the transaction without any compensation or charge to the Seller**.**

If Football Tickets Argentina does not cancel the transaction, the Seller will be penalized for late Ticket delivery in accordance with the penalties described in the previous section of these Special Conditions.

Additionally, if the Seller uploads or sends an invalid PDF file (or another format) via email or creates their own file by scanning or photocopying paper Tickets, this will be considered a violation of the Ticket shipment requirement, and the Seller will be subject to administrative charges applicable to failed transactions.

3.11. Payment Collection by the Seller

Football Tickets Argentina will transfer the funds received from the Buyer, as payment for the completed transaction, to the account provided by the Seller or through the payment method selected at the time of listing the Offer.

The net amount that Football Tickets Argentina will transfer to the Seller will be:

• The Price set by the Seller at the time of listing the Offer (see section 3.7)
• Minus the Commission and any applicable charges.

By using the Service, the Seller irrevocably authorizes Football Tickets Argentina to make these deductions.

3.12. Payment Terms and Conditions

As a general rule, Football Tickets Argentina will process payments to Sellers through the method selected during registration within fifteen (15) business days following the event date.

3.13. Account Closure on the Website

Football Tickets Argentina reserves the right of admission and exclusion from its Website.

Any Seller who fails to comply with the rules outlined in this document may be banned from the Website and prohibited from using the Services provided by Football Tickets Argentina for Users who wish to sell Tickets.

The Seller is required to complete all pending transactions at the time of account closure. Failure to do so may result in administrative charges and other applicable penalties.

Football Tickets Argentina reserves the right to cancel any pending sales from a Seller whose account has been closed.

Once the account closure is processed, Football Tickets Argentina will settle all pending payments to the Seller, deducting any applicable penalties or charges.

4. Ticket Purchase.

4.1. Acceptance of an Offer.

The Buyer interested in acquiring any of the Tickets offered on The Website must expressly accept all the terms of these Special Conditions in full.

Accepting the terms of the Offer in question will imply agreement with the price set by the Seller plus the cost of the Service provided by Football Tickets Argentina plus the corresponding taxes and shipping costs of the Ticket or Tickets to their address.

Football Tickets Argentina is not responsible for the conditions of the events, possible changes in place, time, or the cancellation of the football match that may occur. Where possible, Football Tickets Argentina will inform the Buyers of such changes.

With the acceptance of the Offer, the Buyer commissions Football Tickets Argentina to provide the Service. Through that acceptance, the Buyer authorizes Football Tickets Argentina to debit the Price of the Offer accepted by the Buyer through the payment method chosen by the Buyer plus the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable at the moment of accepting the Offer that taxes the Service received from Football Tickets Argentina, if applicable, and the sale of the Ticket to which shipping costs or other charges that may correspond according to what is provided in these Special Conditions will also be added.

4.2. Service Cost for Purchase.

Once an Offer is accepted through The Website, Football Tickets Argentina will send a confirmation email to the address provided by the Buyer containing the details of the transaction made. This communication will serve as proof of the transaction between Seller and Buyer.

The user has the right to revoke this transaction. Please review the Cancellation Policy for more information.

4.3. Ticket Price for the Buyer.

The acquisition price of the Ticket will be made up of the following concepts (hereinafter, the “Price for the Buyer”):

A) Price contained in the Offer set by the Seller.

B) Shipping costs.

C) Service Cost

The price contained in the Offer set by the Seller is the one listed on The Website associated with the event for which an Offer has been made by a Seller under the terms of these Special Conditions.

The shipping costs are those generated by the delivery to the Buyer of the Ticket or Tickets purchased through The Website by using the designated transport service.

The Service Cost is constituted by the fees of Football Tickets Argentina for the use of The Website by the Buyer and which are determined according to the following paragraph.

4.4. Ticket Price for the Buyer.

The use by the Buyer of The Website to make their purchases incurs the Service Cost in favor of Football Tickets Argentina for all transactions effectively made through the platform. This Service Cost provided by Football Tickets Argentina is determined as follows:

A percentage of 15% (fifteen percent) will be applied to the price set in the Offer by the Seller. This percentage constitutes the fees for the Service provided by Football Tickets Argentina.

The resulting amount will be subject to the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable at the time of the transaction, if applicable.

To this amount, the corresponding shipping costs plus the corresponding VAT, if applicable, will be added.

The final Price for the Buyer will be the sum of the above concepts plus the Price set by the Seller.

The delivery of the Ticket is subject to the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided by the Buyer (section 1.3 of these conditions) and to their availability for the reception of the shipment of the same. In any case, if Football Tickets Argentina incurs any expense against the third-party provider of courier services or a new shipment with an additional cost is necessary because the receipt of the Ticket cannot be made due to the Buyer's fault, these costs will be charged to the Buyer.

5. Guarantees Offered by Football Tickets Argentina

Generally, Football Tickets Argentina offers Users of the Service the guarantee of privacy and security in transactions, the confidentiality of the provided data, and their encryption using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) of 128 bits, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. All payment processes for transactions to the Users will be processed through the terminals of financial entities with full security and confidentiality guarantees.

5.1. Guarantees for Sellers.

Football Tickets Argentina guarantees the payment of transactions perfected and validly made by the Seller under the terms of these Special Conditions.

Football Tickets Argentina guarantees the Seller the possibility to modify the Price of the posted Offer and withdraw it until its acceptance by a Buyer.

5.2. Guarantees for Buyers.

Football Tickets Argentina will use all means at its disposal to offer the Buyer a service that provides reliability, security, and transparency in relation to the delivery of valid Ticket/s, as well as for their delivery and timely receipt for attendance at the corresponding event.

Upon verification of these circumstances and for cases where what is contemplated in the previous paragraph could not be fulfilled, Football Tickets Argentina will offer the Buyer, if possible, other Tickets that meet better conditions, thus perfecting the purchase for all purposes, without prejudice to the right of revocation that may be applicable, if any. If the shipment of these other Tickets was not possible, Football Tickets Argentina will proceed to refund the amounts paid.

Football Tickets Argentina guarantees the refund of the transaction amount in case of event cancellation according to the following guidelines. An event will be considered canceled when: (i) there is public communication from the organizer of the same, (ii) an alternative date for the event has not been announced, and (iii) the organizer proceeds to refund the amount of the Tickets.

Football Tickets Argentina is not responsible for any changes in the event, nor for the actions or non-compliances of any football club, promoter, or organizer of the events.

6. Promotional Offers.

• Football Tickets Argentina may carry out promotions or discounts on the amount of its services, whose conditions and scope will be duly announced on The Website and which will be governed, at any time and for the period set, by what is expressly established.

7. Communications. Notifications.

Generally, for a better and more secure form of notification, all communications related to the Services that Football Tickets Argentina provides to Users, whether Buyers or Sellers, will be made in writing via email or Whatsapp chat, which will serve as evidence for Users of the management and services provided by Football Tickets Argentina.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in exceptional cases, for better agility of communications or notices to be transmitted, Football Tickets Argentina may choose to initially contact the user via the telephone number (Whatsapp) provided for this purpose, with Football Tickets Argentina then confirming the notice or notification in question via email.

In any case, the posting of Offers by Sellers, and the acceptances by the Buyer, will always be confirmed by Football Tickets Argentina via the valid email address provided by the Service Users.

All notifications and communications by the Users to Football Tickets Argentina will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are directed to Football Tickets Argentina via email to the following address: contact@footballticketsargentina.com

All Notifications by Football Tickets Argentina to the User will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are made in any of the following ways:

A) Sending an email to the address provided by the User in the registration form.

B) Communication through a telephone call or Whatsapp message to the phone number provided by the User in the registration form.

C) Through pop-up messages on The Website sent during the provision of Services by Football Tickets Argentina to the User.

In this sense, all notifications or communications made by Football Tickets Argentina to the User will be considered validly made if they have been carried out using the data and through the means previously indicated. • The arbitration shall be conducted by one (1) arbitrator, unless the parties agree to a panel of three.
• The arbitrator(s) shall have experience in international commercial law and e-commerce disputes.
• The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties and enforceable under the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (1958).

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from any competent court, where necessary, to protect its rights or interests pending arbitration.
