1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales on our platform are final. By placing an order, you agree that your purchase is binding and non-refundable, except as outlined in this policy. Orders cannot be canceled unless explicitly accepted in writing by the Company.

2. No Cancellations Within the 9 days before the Match

Ticket cancellations are not permitted within 9 days of the scheduled match date, regardless of the reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Flight delays or cancellations
• Weather conditions (rain, snow, etc.)
• Change of personal plans
• Any unforeseen circumstances

However, if you request a cancellation within this period, we will make a reasonable effort to resell your ticket on your behalf. Please note:

• Resale is not guaranteed.
• If resale is successful, you will receive a refund based on the resale amount, which may be substantially lower than your original purchase price.
• The company is not responsible for any losses incurred due to resale price fluctuations.

3. Cancellations Accepted 9+ Days Before the Match

We understand that plans may change. If you request a cancellation at least 9 days before the match, we will process a refund excluding payment gateway fees (approximately 5%). The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

4. Force Majeure & Event Cancellations

In the case of event cancellation by the organizer, postponement, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances), our refund policy will align with the official policy of the event organizer.

Football Tickets Argentina does not guarantee the legitimacy of the event organizer's refund policy and will not be responsible for any changes in event details, such as schedule modifications, venue changes, or last-minute cancellations.
